Top Project Award - Finance and Commerce This month, the property was honored with a Top Project award from Finance and Commerce for its innovative construction techniques, creativity in design and overall complexity.
Merit Award - AIA Minnesota Ripley Gardens received a Merit Award from American Institute of Architects Minnesota in July. The AIA Merit Awards are given to projects that tell a “story of excellence beyond design, reflecting the variety of forces that shape a building.”
Adaptive Reuse Award - Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission A redevelopment of the historic Ripley Memorial Hospital, Aeon’s preservation of this landmark was recognized by the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission with an Adaptive Reuse Award.
