Rental Information
Thank you for considering Aeon apartments. Aeon aims to provide Twin Cities residents high-quality housing at an affordable cost. The following requirements apply to all buildings except those serving homeless adults and youth. Please call each building for more information on any of the following requirements.

  • You must have a good rental history. The building manager must be able to confirm your rental history.
  • Your current income must be enough to pay rent.
  • Section 8 vouchers are accepted.
  • As part of the application process, your criminal, credit, and rental history will be checked and may be discussed with you.
  • You must earn no more than the income limit set for the unit you want. Income limits apply to all Aeon apartments and townhomes and depend on family size.

Aeon does not provide emergency, overnight shelter. If you need overnight shelter, please call First Call for Help toll-free at 211.
